Lawyer, mediator and relationship coach Martin Lehmann-Waldau offers experience spaces for intensive development for teams, couples and individuals. His experience of 12 years in India make him an expert in meditation and introspection today. He is trained in hypnosystemic work, trauma work and body-oriented coaching. His focus is on relationships and relationship dynamics of all kinds with the aim of strengthening development skills towards new horizons.

Gesche Wattenberg

Dipl. Psych. Gesche Wattenberg is a trainer, mediator and schema therapist. As an expert in personal development, she has been accompanying individuals and teams in internal and external conflicts as well as in (re) orientation phases for several years. In her work as a trainer and coach, she pursues the goal of challenging old thinking habits in order to use new and creative impulses for action. In trainings, her focus is on the topics of unconscious bias, self-efficacy & motivation and conflict management.

Claas Wenzlik

Claas Wenzlik has been accompanying organizations in strategy development and change management for 18 years and supports management teams in their cooperation. He works according to the principle: „Use the energies to create the new – instead of fighting the old.“ His customers include small and medium-sized companies and corporations as well as public administration and non-governmental organizations. Claas Wenzlik is a business IT specialist and organizational psychologist.
